The unit consists of a power frequency induction furnace melting furnace and a holding furnace, an upward continuous casting machine, a guide wheel frame, a tension frame, a double-head take-up machine, a water-cooling system, an electrical system, a feeding-system and a temperature measurement system. Most of the surfaces of the main equipment are spray-coated. Electrical System
The electrical system consists of a power supply system and a control system. The power supply system supplies power to each sensor through several power supply cabinets. The control system ensures the normal production of the unit and the recording and display of data. The contents displayed and recorded are: sensor voltage, current, Furnace temperature, water temperature in each channel (including crystallizer water temperature), traction speed and traction pitch, etc.
Feeding system
The feeding system is a mechanical monolithic electrolytic copper feeding system, which ensures that electrolytic copper is continuously supplied to the melting furnace; hydraulic packing materials can also be added. In order to ensure reliable feeding, this system is equipped with a hand-operated electric hoist feeding system, and customers can also choose an automatic feeding system.
Temperature measurement System
The temperature measurement system is composed of copper liquid temperature and cooling water temperature, and the measurement results are displayed on the digital thermometer and the industrial control screen to achieve the production monitoring of the equipment.
Water cooling system
The water-cooling system is an independent circulating water supply system that ensures 0.2 to 0.4Mpa cooling water for crystallizer, water jacket and coil cooling. It is mainly composed of a 150m3 /pool, water pump, pipe-line and cooling tower to ensure that the inlet water temperature is between 20 and 20 35ºC, the flow rate is about 80m3/h. To ensure heat exchange performance, users need to configure a water softening device.
Continuous casting machine
The continuous casting machine is the main equipment for realizing upward continuous casting. It consists of three parts: the traction mechanism, the liquid level tracking system and the crystallizer. Its structure is a gantry with four columns.
Output frame guide wheel
The output guide wheel frame is arranged above the continuous casting machine and mainly consists of a platform, a bracket, a vertical guide wheel and a roller. It allows the casting rod to be smoothly introduced into each group of double-head take-up machines without interfering with each other. The take-up machine is divided into upper and lower layers, and there are two tension frames to control the synchronization between the take-up machine and the host machine.
Tension Rack
The take-up synchronization device is two devices installed between the output guide wheel frame and the double-head take-up machine. Each unit is equipped with 10 sets of laser displacement sensors and guide wheel frames; the guide wheel frame can slide up and down on the linear guide rail, and the copper rod The speed of the double-head take-up machine is controlled by the height of the guide wheel frame, which can control the take-up speed with high precision and sensitivity, and provides a reliable signal for fully automatic control.
Double-head take-up machine
The double-head take-up machine is composed of a traction roller, a coil forming device and a take-up turntable. Each set of double-head take-up machines drives two sets of devices to wind up two copper rods. The maximum coil weight is 4.0 to 5.5 tons.
