Whole machine horizontally installed in compact structure with four columns and oil box to be easy for installation and reparation.
Four-point positioning is adopted for perforated moving beams and moving beams with an adjustable core.
Two kinds of technology are applied: following pin and fixed pin to satisfy extruding demand for various calibers.
Mass-flow plug valves are applied in the hydraulic system for stable performance, mass flow and low up going of temperature.
PLC is applied so is Human Machine Interface for real time monitoring of extruding processing parameter.
