Long rod heating furnace is divided into single long rod heating hot shear furnace (referred to as single rod hot shear furnace) and multiple long rod heating hot shear furnace (referred to as multi-rod hot shear furnace).

Long rod hot shearing furnace is a new type of aluminum rod heating and shearing furnace designed for the waste of old short rod heating furnace and the inflexible production arrangement in aluminum alloy industry.
Multi-rod thermal shear furnace is suitable for diesel, generator gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal and other different fuels. Several aluminum rods are stored in the furnace at a time, and the preheating time of aluminum rods in the furnace is longer. This heating method has a certain effect on the homogenization of aluminum rods. Since it was put on the market, it has been loved by users and adopted by the majority of users.
Single rod hot shear furnace is used in the aluminum extrusion process, mainly used in the heating of aluminum rods, integrated natural gas enhanced heating, hydraulic hot shear and other new technology combination and development of a new aluminum rod heating technology. It has the advantages of flexible production organization, high degree of automation, good operating environment and low energy consumption, and is quickly adopted by manufacturers.
It is mainly composed of the following five parts:
