When customers need to process the maximum thickness of steel coil is 6-16mm range, in view of the crosscutting production needs of this medium and thick plate material, DT Machinery research and development of DTH25 medium and thick plate low speed crossshear series to meet. The production line of standard medium and thick plate transverse shear line configuration has the main functions of unwinding, leveling, feeding, sizing, transverse shear, material coding and so on. Its main working equipment is the feeding car, double head or gantry type uncoiler, hydraulic priming machine, leveling machine and power, clip feeding device, coding measuring device, shearing machine, conveyor, pneumatic stacker, discharge table, hydraulic pressure system, electrical system and so on. DTH25 medium thick plate series is suitable for medium thickness hot rolling, stainless steel coil low speed uncoiling and leveling shear customer requirements, it can not only meet the technical requirements of the standard shear production line, but also show the advantage of user productivity when major customers on-site on-site inspection.
The production line is controlled by PLC numerical control system, and the length is controlled by DC motor and rotary encoder. Users can input data according to the order quantity, length and speed in the man-machine interface of PLC system. When the cutting quantity reaches, the equipment will automatically stop. The production line can be adjusted, with accurate measurement, automatic work, simple operation, but also has a higher cost performance advantage.
