Cold saw blades are round metal cutting saw blades that come in two types: solid HSS or carbide blades (TCT). Both types of blades are resharpenable and can be used multiple times before being discarded. Cold saw blades are used to cut metal at relatively low speeds (usually less than 5000 surface feet per minute (SFM) (25m/s)) and high chip loads per tooth (usually between.0011 "-.0055"). 0.03-0.14mm). These blades are driven by a high-power motor and a high-torque gear reducer or AC vector driver. In the cutting process, as the blade rotates, the metal is released by the teeth under shearing action, and the feed mechanism moves the blade forward. They are called "cold saw blades" because they transfer all the energy and heat generated during the cutting process to the chips.

Carbide circular saw blade can cut light alloys such as aluminum, zinc, copper, brass and bronze. The geometry of a sawtooth is a trapezoid with a negative or positive cutting Angle. Thanks to our special tooth profile and noise-free system, we can reduce vibration, resulting in an excellent surface finish. All of these blades can be used in automatic and manual saws, for cutting pipes, for window frames and profiles of solid materials.
Woodworking saw blades are suitable for all wood industry processing needs, such as universal saw blades, panel blades, multi-blade saws, scoring blades and splitting blades. Universal carbide circular saw blades, with and without chippings limiting teeth, for the stripping and cross-cutting of large volumes of wood (soft, hard and unusual wood) and frames. The geometry with alternating teeth and positive cutting angles is also suitable for heavy cardboard tears, as well as in long fibers and less dry wood. Circular saw blades are also kept in our stock for cutting panels, as well as MDF, laminate, hardboard and multilayer panels. These saw blades have a trapezoidal tooth with a positive cutting Angle, or hollow teeth with a positive or negative cutting Angle, and can be used with or without a notched blade.
