Copper/Brass melting furnace is a complete set of vacuum exercise equipment, using the principle of medium frequency induction heating to melt metal under vacuum conditions. Suitable for nickel base alloy, special steel, fine alloy, superalloy, non-ferrous metal and its alloy in vacuum or maintenance atmosphere melting and casting. It can also be used for melting and casting of rare earth metals and hydrogen storage materials. 
Primary structure and composition: copper melting furnace according to the structure can be divided into vertical and horizontal two series. According to the discharge method, the vertical series is divided into three ways: upper discharge, lower discharge and side discharge; Horizontal series is divided into bottom discharge and upper discharge. 
Copper melting furnace is mainly composed of electric furnace body, vacuum system, power intake equipment, water cooling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical control system, medium frequency power supply.

Cored induction melting furnace is the best equipment for horizontal continuous brass melting and casting.

The Copper/brass rod/bar horizontal Continuous Casting Machine is a melting and holding furnace with a cooler, together with graphite die and cooler assembly and run out track with withdrawal machine and cut-off device. Molten copper flows from the crucible into the graphite casting die which is cooled with the help of a highly efficient cooling jacket. Water-cooled graphite dies are attached horizontally to the holding crucible. During the continuous casting operation copper flows into the graphite casting die where it solidifies. The solidified strands are intermittently withdrawn by the withdrawal equipment.
