Straightening process

The position of the rollers is at an angle to the direction of movement of the straightened product. Two or three large rollers are active pressure rollers, which rotate in the same direction with the action of an electric motor. The other side has several small rollers that are driven pressure rollers, which rotate by the friction force of the rotating round bar or pipe. In order to achieve the compression required by rollers for products, these small rollers can adjust their positions forward or backward at the same time or respectively.Generally, the more the number of rollers, the higher the precision of products after straightening. After the product is bitten by the roller, it continuously moves in a straight line or rotation, which causes the product to withstand various deformations such as compression, bending, and flattening, ultimately achieving the purpose of straightening.
