Carbide universal 4-edge end mill
Solid carbide end mill, the tool is made of micrograined, high quality carbide to provide higher hardness and toughness, resulting in wear resistance and long tool life. The chip slot geometry of the 4 chip dispensers enables contour machining (semi-finishing and finishing), contour milling, mitre cutting and slotting operations. All tools are center cut and have a robust chamfering design on the end teeth to reduce chip, which is especially important for materials with low machinability. Because cutters have multiple uses, one tool can be used for many different materials, which helps to further reduce costs and inventory. The grooves are designed for extended tool life, good chip clearance, and continuous, trouble-free machining operations.
