The active pay-off reel is a metal structural frame used to hold billet coils. The equipment adopts dumping type loading, manual diameter adjustment of the inner guide post, and a tension-increasing adjustment mechanism that can automatically adjust the rotation speed according to the drawing speed of the main machine and the difference between the inner and outer rings of the wire blank, so that the pay-off speed matches the drawing. When the host machine stops in an emergency, the pay-off disk automatically brakes and stops pay-off. Automatically dumps 90 degrees when loading.
