FMT-500 Vertical drilling machining center
The spindle motor passes a special high-speed arc circular tooth-belt.
With the connection of belt pulley, it completes the main drive system to reduce the skidding phenomenon of belts. The motor speed is much more stable than transmission. In order to ensure the largest axial rigidity,radial rigidity, and machining precision, spindles adopt high-precision NSK P4 class bevel ball bearings to get the maximized span configuration according to the calculation and analyses. Standard speed of spindle is up to 8,000 rpm,and optional speed is 12,000 rpm or 15,000 rpm.
Computer optimized design and verification of the casting makes machine structure more firm and solid. Design of spindle and guide make Z-axis rapid displacement more balanced and smoothly.
The turret tool capacity is only 12 sets, tool change time of 2.5 seconds, automatic tool change patterns for the arm type, the max. tool length for 200 mm,  the max tool diameter      ø120  (fool tool state) mm, the max. tool weight 3kg.
