Upward continuous casting oxygen-free copper rod production line (called the plant as follow), it is used for producing the big length shining/bright oxygen-free copper rod, the big length shining oxygen-free copper tube pellet and the big length shining oxygen-free copper flat pellet, etc.

Upward continous casting induction cored electric furnace

The outside of the furnace body is steel structure and the inner is built by fire-resistant brick, holding brick and quart sand. The frame which is fixed on base of the level ground by foot-bolts used to support the whole furnace. The inductor is made up of crust,coiler,water jacket,iron core and melting channel. The high voltage part (primary) of the inductor is made up of coilers, the range of voltage is from 90V to 420Vand can be regulated; the low voltage part (secondary)of the inductor is made up of the coiled melting channel which is short circuit. When it electrified,the electrolyze copper added will melt because of the large current and low voltage effected by the electromagnetism inductor.The model QL furnace is composed of three inductors.The water jacket and coiler cooled by water which is supported by the pump to make it cyclic used
