Working Principle:
It uses compressed air to quickly shoot core sand into a pre - heated core box. The core sand is rapidly cured in the core box under the action of heat, forming sand cores with specific shapes and dimensions. For example, in the case of hot - box core shooting machines, core sand containing a thermosetting resin binder is shot into the core box, and then cured by heating. While cold - box core shooting machines make the core sand cure quickly at room temperature by blowing chemical gases (such as triethylamine).
Main Structure: Generally, it includes a sand - shooting system, a core - box heating system, a mold - opening and closing system, a demolding system, and a control system. The sand - shooting system is responsible for accurately and evenly shooting core sand into the core box. The core - box heating system ensures the rapid hardening of core sand. The mold - opening and closing system realizes the opening and closing of the core box for easy sand - core removal and placement. The demolding system ejects the formed sand core from the core box, and the control system precisely regulates and monitors the entire working process.
