I.Combined melting and holding furnace
The industrial frequency melting furnace and holding furnace are designed by electromagnetic induction principle. Alternating magnetic energy is generated after AC voltage is applied to the induction coil, and the magnetic circuit is formed by passing through the iron core (silicon steel sheet: Nissan Z11, cold-rolled 0.35), the alternating magnetic flux in the weld groove induced electromotive force and the secondary current, the current through the resistance of the metal charge, converts electrical energy into heat energy, heat the metal melting weld groove.
The furnace consists of cover, furnace body, furnace frame, inductor, External flow system and electric control system, etc. The furnace body adopts vertical structure, the furnace body is welded with steel plate, and there is transition flange in the lower part to connect with induction body. The Chamber of a furnace is constructed with insulation bricks, refractory material and asbestos board. The furnace has rectangular structure, the brass liquid melted in the melting furnace will flow into the holding furnace through chute, there are 3 sides for crystallization output assembling in the holding furnace.
Water cooling device: The inductor and water-cooling sleeve supply water separately, and the flow of water of each water channel can be adjusted by valve. In the process of insulation, it is required that the inlet water temperature is not higher than 45ºC, and the outlet water temperature is not higher than 65ºC, and the water flow is often tested with as sample. If the water flow is lower than the required water flow, scale of water should be cleaned up. The coil is made of flat copper pipe with mica tape and double glass wire, and the water-cooling jacket is made of stainless-steel plate (Material: 3mm1Cr18Ni9Ti).

II. Wire horizontal continous casting machine
Structure: One output of holding furnace will be equipped with one tractor (casting machine), it adopts 2.2 kw speed regulating motor for speed regulation and double row pressure wheel traction. The gears will adjust the pitch and the pressure wheel will be adjusted based on the brass bar's sizes. It is easy to operate.
