Our furnace is designed according to the standard process for 894 aluminum processing plant construction standards and YS011-91 aluminum processing plant design requirements, so the double insulating brick, high alumina refractory brick layer, insulating brick, pouring material and a layer of fibrous mat structure in material, furnace wall thickness of about 500mm. Topical 8mm thick steel plate package, and 10#, 12#, 14#, 25# channel steel welded reinforcing furnace, thermal insulation performance is good, is strong and durable. (Note: 8 mm steel plate with the national standard GB327 - 88 or A3 at WISCO steel). In view of the above the furnace construction company has the following advantages:

4.2 furnace body:
Furnace steel structure for the safety of welded structures, made of Q235A steel plate and rolling steel 8mm thick welding. 4.3 The door and door mechanism:

5. Supporting diesel combustion system
5.1. Combustion system:
The melting furnace is equipped with two fuel burner, which is inclined to the molten pool at a certain Angle, which can ensure good convective heat transfer effect on aluminum melt.
Combustion system consists of combustion fan, electric regulating butterfly valve, pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, safety valve, pressure switch and so on.
The combustion system can realize automatic ignition and automatic fire detection.
5.2. Electronic control system:
For the convenience of operation and maintenance, the control system has set up a touch-type operation screen, which can easily set and modify process parameters and process variable control parameters.
