Product Description

The pay-off reel is a metal structure frame used to hold the blank coils, and adopts a double-disc dumping type loading. It is mainly composed of 1 rotating base and 2 tipping frames (hereinafter referred to as disc racks). The round material rack is used to place the blank coils. When the equipment is running and the round material is pulled out of one of the round material racks, the round material rack automatically rotates so that the blank coil is pulled out smoothly without breaking. .

 After the drawing of the blanks in one round frame is completed, the other round frame is rotated through the rotating base to continue the work. The drawn round material rack can automatically tilt 90 degrees to hold a circle of round materials and wait for alternate use. Reduce waiting time for loading.
